Petition to Ban Off-Road Vehicles on All NPS Lands.
On December 7, 1999 Bluewater Network (an
environmental group) and 67 other organizations filed a petition with the
National Park Service (NPS) call for a complete ban on off-road vehicles (ORVs)
in our National Parks.
