Braid is expensive,
skinny & strong and a real pain to work with,. A bird nest on a bait caster might ruining your day; Mono is fine by me. Just go with clear unless you plan to fish Cape point with 100 other peeps. Then day glow yellow or green will help you figure out which is your line.
